I’m Angela, and I offer holistic coaching and spiritual mentoring that honors your experiences, your beliefs, and your pace. Together, we’ll explore what feels meaningful to you and find small, practical steps forward.

Hello, I’m Angela.
I’m the heart behind Sacred Flame Journey, a Usui and Holy Fire Reiki Master, and a holistic spiritual guide with a Life Coaching CPD Certificate.
My path has included surviving ovarian cancer, living with PTSD, and finding my way forward after abuse. These experiences have shaped how I see life and how I support others.
In 2025, I became a Reiki Practitioner, taking an important step toward work that felt connected to who I am. As a lifelong empath, I’ve always valued listening to others and the trust they place in sharing their stories.
I’m still learning and growing, too. My intention is to walk beside you with encouragement and care as you discover your own way forward.

Questions are welcome.
Do I need to follow a particular spiritual path?
No. Your beliefs and choices guide our work. Spiritual practices are optional, and you are welcome whether you’re deeply spiritual, simply curious, or focused on everyday life goals.
What can we explore in a session?
We can explore self-care, boundaries, life changes, personal intentions, spiritual curiosity, and reconnecting with what matters to you. You help shape the direction of each conversation.
Is this therapy or mental health treatment?
Coaching and mentoring offer support for reflection, goals, and personal growth. They do not diagnose or treat PTSD, trauma, or other mental health conditions, and do not replace therapy or medical care.
Is Reiki included in my mentoring package?
Reiki and extended guided meditation sessions are separate offerings. If you’re interested in combining services, email me to discuss the options before booking.
How do payment plans work?
The four-week package can be paid in four weekly installments. Longer packages have monthly installment options shown above. Each plan divides the package price; it is not an automatically renewing subscription.
Where do sessions take place?
Please email me to confirm available session formats, location, and appointment times before booking.
Coaching & Mentoring Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Sacred Flame Journey, I value your time and the trust you place in our work together. This policy helps us keep scheduling and payments clear.
Canceling or Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Individual sessions canceled with sufficient notice may be refunded or rescheduled. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are charged in full and count as a used package session.
Completed Sessions
Completed sessions are non-refundable. Coaching is a personal process, and specific results cannot be guaranteed.
Mentoring Packages
You may end your package by contacting me in writing. Unused, prepaid sessions will be refunded at the package’s per-session rate, calculated by dividing the total package price by the number of included sessions. Completed sessions and sessions forfeited under the cancellation policy are not refundable.
Payment Plans
Installments divide the cost of your package; they are not a recurring subscription. If you end your package, future installments will stop once payment for completed or forfeited sessions has been settled. Any overpayment will be refunded.
Unexpected Circumstances
I understand that emergencies happen. Please reach out as soon as possible so we can discuss whether an exception or temporary pause is appropriate.
If I Need to Cancel
If I cancel a session, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund for that session. If I cannot continue your package, any unused, prepaid sessions will be refunded.
Refund Requests
Please submit requests in writing to Angela at SacredFlameJourney1@gmail.com. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take additional time to process them.
This policy applies to coaching and mentoring services. It does not limit any refund rights required by applicable law.
