Welcome to Sacred Flame Journey!

My name is Angela, and I am a Level II Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner and Empath. I became certified in Reiki in 2025. I have always believed that energy is universal and infinite. For as long as I can remember, I have been able to sense and “read” people’s energy. Before I learned to manage my empath abilities, I often absorbed others’ emotions and stress. Let’s just say my teenage and young adult years were emotionally challenging, to say the least!

We all carry a “Sacred Fire” within us—a deep passion for the things that bring us joy. It’s what makes our souls shine brightly. This isn’t about someone else making us happy; it’s found in the small things that define who we are. Our hobbies, our unique quirks, our childlike wonder and curiosity. Sadly, many of us lose this fire as we grow into adulthood. Sometimes we’re forced to let it go because others make us feel unworthy, or trauma disrupts our path, or life simply takes over and we forget who we were truly meant to be.
