Imagine a soothing, gentle light, perhaps a soft green or a warm golden hue, emerging from within your chest. With each exhale, visualize this light expanding, enveloping you and dissolving any lingering heaviness, stress, or tension. Simply surrender and sense how this light eases the burden, leaving you feeling peaceful, light, and utterly liberated.

5. Healthy Boundaries

Heart healing involves more than just opening up; it’s a comprehensive process! Protecting ourselves is essential. Establishing boundaries allows us to maintain tranquility and avoid feeling overwhelmed. Furthermore, self-compassion is crucial, which includes accepting our imperfections and offering understanding, as we would with a cherished friend.   • Replace “I should have” with “I am learning”
